Time Off Policy
Contractors who wish not to report to work must schedule time off 1 week in advance. There will be no paid time off for any contractor who schedules shorter than a 7-day notice or has not been with the agency for more than 90 days. Paid time of and calculations are based on contract levels and agreements per contractor.
Compensation Questions
The first payment is 32 days from the hire date. After the first payment is made. Payroll is adjusted to the 2nd and the 16th of each month.
Note: For any and all exiting contractors a 30day written notice is required prior to the ending service. Failure to provide 30day written notice will forfeit all commissions and funds owed. SIckness, power outage, and any other reason for not being at work are not excused in the 30 days notice. Any absences will be deducted from said 30days.
System Issues and Access
Systems fail from time to time. All system failures will be deducted from all contractors' pay. The company does not pay for the power outage, loss of internet, or any various issues that affect a contractor's ability to perform said contractor's work.
Please record time accurately any contractor caught entering false time without including any system failures will be fined $50 USD and lose the entire day's pay. This may also include up to termination for repeated offenses. If this results in termination all commissions and funds owed will be forfeited. Please remain honest and loyal at all times.
